Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mission With Vision, we strive to provide high-quality educational programs and learning resources. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Online Courses & Digital Products

All online courses, recorded videos, digital worksheets, games, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once access is provided.

This includes:

  • Recorded courses

  • Live classes (once started)

  • Free trial recordings (if bundled with paid access)

  • LMS access

  • Digital workbooks or PDFs

🚫 No refunds will be issued for digital products, as access is granted immediately.

2. Live Classes & Programs

  • If a live program has already started, no refund will be provided.

  • If a batch is cancelled by Mission With Vision, a full refund or reschedule option will be offered.

  • Missed classes by students due to personal reasons are not eligible for refunds, but recordings or alternative options may be provided when available.

3. Free Trial Classes

Free trial classes are offered only for experience purposes.
They do not guarantee learning outcomes and do not qualify for refunds, as they are free.

4. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If physical books or learning materials are sold:

  • Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged or defective

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

📦 Shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Payments & Processing

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 working days, depending on the bank or payment gateway

  • Transaction fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable

6. No Refunds In These Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Lack of time or interest

  • Internet or device issues on the user’s side

  • Failure to attend classes

  • Discounted or promotional offers

  • Sale or special-price enrollments
